Privacy Policy.What we collect, why, and your rights.
LOGICAL VENTURES LLP ("we") is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through Samros.si. This policy explains how we handle it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider), and when you accepted our terms.
- Your content: videos you upload, their transcripts, the clips we make, and your briefs, approvals and brand preferences.
- Voice calls: your microphone audio is streamed to the AI voice provider only while you speak during a call with the producer. We do not record or keep the audio; the producer keeps only notes it saves to your brand memory, such as your preferences.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the plan, amount, status and payment reference; we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage and security data: clips and minutes used, IP address, and logs needed to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To provide Samros.si to you under our Terms (your consent and the contract), to bill you, to keep the service secure, to prevent fraud and repeat free trials, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, do not show ads, and do not use your content to train AI models.

These providers process data only on our instructions, under terms that do not allow them to train their models on it. Some of them store or process data outside India; we only transfer data where the law permits.
How long we keep it
- Footage and clips: until you delete them or your account.
- After you delete your account, your content is deleted from our servers at once and from backups within 30 days. We keep a one-way hash of your email only to stop repeat free trials.
- Billing records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Each account's content is kept separate and is reachable only through your signed-in session or short-lived signed links. API keys and secrets stay on our servers. Access is logged, and spending and usage limits protect every account.
Your rights
You can see and download your data (account menu → Download my data), correct it, delete it (account menu → Delete my account), withdraw consent by deleting your account, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and complain to our grievance officer or, after that, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Samros.si is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
