Terms of Service.The rules for using Samros.si.

These terms are an agreement between you and LOGICAL VENTURES LLP ("we", "us"), which operates Samros.si at https://samros.si. By creating an account or using Samros.si you accept them.

1. The service

Samros.si turns videos you upload into short clips using AI agents: transcription, moment selection, cutting, captions, framing and review. You can brief it by voice or text. Clips are produced automatically; always watch a clip before you publish it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Samros.si for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at once at dhipin.work@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips made from them.
• You may only upload content you own or have permission to use, including the permission of people who appear in it.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content only to run Samros.si for you, including sending it to the AI and cloud providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not sell it.

4. What you must not do

• Upload content that is illegal, infringes anyone's rights, sexualises minors, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses people, or is defamatory.
• Use Samros.si to create misleading content about real people, spam, or fake engagement.
• Try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, get around plan limits, or access other people's accounts.
• Resell access to the service without our written agreement.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.

5. Plans, payment and limits

• New accounts get one free trial per email address. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a number of clips, producer minutes, video length and storage per billing period, as shown on the pricing page. Unused amounts do not carry over. Extra clips bought during a period are for that period.
• When a limit is reached, new work pauses until the next period, an upgrade or an extra-clips purchase.
• Prices include any taxes we are required to charge. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change for an existing plan.
• You can cancel at any time from your account menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Samros.si available and secure, but it is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for what you publish. We may change or improve features; we will tell you before a change that substantially reduces what your paid plan includes.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; we then delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer. Please contact our grievance officer first; we aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.
